		<description>Thank you so much for your thoughtful comments, Nathan. That is not selfish at all--if you were doing it solely for the income, than you could possibly say that. I admire that you see your profession as a two-way street, where patients can help you just as much as you can help them. Unfortunately, the medical industry can be overwhelming for Doctors at times, and they don't get the opportunity to build relationships like that with their patients. Thank you for helping make the world a better place. Thank you also for your condolences.</description>

		<description>One of the selfish reasons I went to medical school was that it forces this living intentionally upon me.  When every day you are speaking with, and hopefully helping those who are seeing this reality, the beauty and tragedy and mystery and wonder that is life, some of that attitude rubs off on you. Thank you though, for sharing your thoughts, a valuable reminder of the beautiful impermanence.  My condolences for your loss.</description>
